Speed to Market
Pre-application, Pre-built a 20,000 sqft greenhouse in MN in 90 days for what is now Vireo Health which operates in 5 states. We also wrote their merit based application and won 1 of the 2 awarded in MN.
2015
Large Scale Buildout under Health Canada Program
Built and managed over 200,000 sq. ft. of cutting-edge cultivation facilities, including the installation of 60+ custom shipping containers for high-efficiency production. Pioneered one of the world’s first three-tier grow operations, applying Canadian GMP standards to meet Health Canada compliance. Recruited and trained 50+ team members, establishing SOPs, equipment systems, and genetic programs that drive consistency, quality, and performance.
2016
Largest Clean Green Certified Cannabis Operation in the US.
Won 1 of the 1st 8 vertical licenses in MA. Built out 100,000 sqft grow facility utilizing Living Soil which was the largest regulated organic cultivation facility in the US.
2019
International Consulting Macedonia EU GMP
Partnered with an international investment group in Macedonia to design and construct a 20,000 sq. ft. EU-GMP certified cultivation and extraction facility, aligning with European pharmaceutical standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Developed comprehensive SOPs and a customized business plan that supported a successful cannabis export license application in India, ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Owner/Operators in CO 2021 to Current
Awarded suitability license in CO by the Marijuana Enforcement Division. This allowed for an acquisition of 3 retail stores, 10,000 sqft cultivation facility and extraction.
